What a buyer should expect before quotation
When an inquiry starts with one product image, Jinming first confirms the material, dimensions, process or finish and quality requirements. When the buyer does not yet know the exact size, chain length, steel grade or PVD color direction, comparable past styles and the requirements of the target market can be used as references for a practical recommendation.
MOQ routeAvailable stock styles may start at 3–10 pieces per design. Modified and fully custom designs normally start at 200–300 pieces per design.
SamplesFor first-time cooperation, up to three available stock samples may be provided free of charge; shipping remains paid by the buyer. Additional stock samples are charged.
Sample-fee refundModified or mold-development sample fees are calculated by design and refunded when the subsequent bulk order reaches 500 pieces per design. Shipping is not refundable.
Packaging, freight and timingThe default packaging is a clear OPP bag. Custom packaging follows a separate process. Freight is calculated separately, and the quoted lead time starts when the deposit is received.

What OEM, ODM and private label services do you offer?
We support drawing-based OEM, design-assisted ODM, private labeling of existing styles and private label packaging for B2B jewellery buyers.
What materials do you mainly use, and what can be customized?
We mainly manufacture stainless steel jewellery. Depending on the item, we can customize the shape, size, material, stones, color, plating thickness, logo, hang card and packaging.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Available stock styles may start at 3–10 pieces per design. Modified and fully custom designs normally start at 200–300 pieces per design, depending on the item, process and confirmed quotation.
How long does sampling take?
A standard sample normally takes about 14 working days. If a new mold is required, sampling normally takes 25–30 working days.
Do you charge a sample fee?
For first-time cooperation, Jinming may provide up to three available stock samples free of charge, while shipping remains paid by the buyer. Additional stock samples are charged. Modified and mold-development samples are charged by design; the sample fee is refunded when the corresponding bulk order reaches 500 pieces per design. Shipping is not refundable.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production normally takes 10–30 days. The final lead time depends on product details, quantity, customization and packaging, and the quoted lead time starts when the deposit is received.
Which colors, plating and surface treatments are available?
Available color directions include gold, rose gold, silver and black. We can discuss PVD plating, plating thickness and anti-oxidation treatment according to the product requirements.
Can you customize private label packaging?
The default unit packaging is a clear OPP bag. Custom cards, pouches, boxes and other packaging follow a separate specification, MOQ and quotation process.
What do you inspect before shipment?
Our routine pre-shipment checks cover appearance, dimensions, color, plating, stone setting security, logo, quantity and packaging.
Can you arrange third-party RSL testing?
Yes. Third-party RSL testing can be arranged upon request. The testing scope, cost and lead time depend on the product, material and target market.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please send product images or design files together with the required material, dimensions, finish or process, quality expectations, quantity and packaging needs. If some specifications are unknown, Jinming can use similar past styles and the buyer's target market and style preference as references before quotation.
